When you complete the “Register for consultation” form, we collect the information you actively provide:
- Full name;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Company name;
- Service of interest, company size and the requirements you describe.
The website may also automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We use your personal data to:
- Contact and advise you on the products and services you requested;
- Prepare quotations and deliver services once both parties agree to work together;
- Improve our website and user experience;

Processing of your personal data is based on the consent you give when you tick the consent box and submit the form, as well as to take steps prior to entering into a service agreement at your request.

- With DSBF internal staff responsible for advising and delivering services to you;
- With Google Apps Script and Google Sheets to receive and store consultation forms for DSBF, only to the extent necessary to provide the service;

We retain your personal data in Google Sheets for as long as necessary to fulfil the consultation and cooperation purposes, or for the period required by law. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

- To be informed of and to consent to the processing of your data;
- To access, view and request correction of your data;
- To withdraw your consent at any time;
- To request deletion of your data;
- To request restriction of, or object to, the processing of your data;
- To lodge a complaint with the competent authority if your rights are infringed.

9. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
